I understand that although every precaution is taken on the part of Boho Buttercream there are always risks with consuming a Gluten Free product. The baker is Gluten Free and the equipment does not touch wheat but I understand there is a small risk that the products used, such as the almond flour, were cross contaminated before they entered Boho Buttercream. If I have Celiacs Disease, like our founder, I will consider this risk before consumption. If I have food allergies such as nuts or peanuts I understand that the equipment often touches nuts and Boho Buttercream may not be able to meet this request safely.
